I work to be a catalyst for change that creates lasting positive impact for individuals, teams, business and community. I adopt a systemic approach which looks underneath the symptoms to reveal the causes so that you and your team can explore what is needed to move forward successfully.
How Team Coaching & Facilitation works
Our first step is to invest some time up front to really understand what you want to achieve and how best to get there. Once we have evolved a clear path, I will create an outline program with a costed proposal for the work.
There will be some element of design involved depending on the length of program and content involved. Where there is work around team dynamics, pre-work interviews of team members and stakeholders may be part of the scope. Once you are happy with the content and the proposal, I'll compile all elements, ready for the actual engagement.
When we are in the room together, I work to tap into the collective intelligence of the group and bring new insights, create new thinking and develop the best way forward. Clear outcomes are supported by commitment to plans and behaviours.
I keep it as simple and direct as possible, creating the space that allows the important conversations to happen. I will check in with the group for feedback - the outcome may require a change in tack and content to ensure that expectations and outcomes are met.

There is often some level of leadership skill development in the team coaching and facilitation work I do. Based on your needs, I will design and deliver programs suited specifically to you. When scale is needed I have an extensive base of skilled and experienced facilitators and designers to draw upon.
